Tommy Sidwell has served Middle Tennessee since 1984 when he was admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee. He is a graduate of Belmont University and the University of Tennessee Law School. Tommy has actively served his clients in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, taxation, business law and probate and estate planning. As part of his real estate practice, he is one of the founding members of Phoenix Title Services.

Kirk Gore is a founding member and attorney for Phoenix Title Services. Kirk graduated magna cum laude from Belmont College of Law in Nashville where he was the Executive Articles Editor of the Belmont Law Review and a Tennessee Supreme Court Law Student for Justice. Before law school, Kirk obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and also toured as a professional guitarist for 3 years. Kirk co-founded the law firm of Gore & Reynolds, PLLC in 2018 and initially practiced law in the areas of real estate litigation, business formations and estate planning before finding a passion for real estate transactions. In his spare time, Kirk enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and family, traveling, and still playing as much guitar as he can!

Blake Reynolds is a founding member and attorney for Phoenix Title Services. Blake was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. He has lived in Nashville, Leiper’s Fork, Franklin, and Brentwood. After completing his education at Brentwood High School, Blake attended the University of Montana where he was given the University President’s medal for distinguished studies in history. Blake then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law. While attending law school Blake made the Dean’s List for academic excellence, was the President of Belmont’s chapter of the Federalist Society, and participated with the American Inn of Court. Blake co-founded the law firm of Gore & Reynolds, PLLC in 2018 and initially practiced law in the areas of real estate litigation, business formations and estate planning before finding a passion for real estate transactions. Blake’s hobbies include foreign languages, cinema, and chasing after his rescue dog, Ferra.

Originally from East Tennessee, Kim Hicks has been living in the Nashville area and working in the title industry for over 20 years. Kim brings a wealth of commercial and residential expertise to her role as Branch Manager in the Phoenix Title Franklin office. In her free time, you can find Kim at the beach or the pool with a good book or spending time cheering her four precious grandsons on at a baseball or soccer field!

Native to Tennessee, Jill Swicegood was born in Memphis and grew up in Knoxville before settling in Nashville. Jill has worked in the title industry for over 20 years and has a passion for helping clients meet their real estate needs.  When she’s not hard at work in the office closing real estate transactions, you’ll find her watching live music or spending time with her daughter, son in love, grandchildren and sweet dog!

Originally from Minnesota, Nancy Schneider graduated from Minnesota State University. Nancy has been handling escrow, commercial and residential transactions across the country since 1994. When Nancy isn’t busy closing deals, she loves spending time with family and friends, enjoying music, working on art projects, and of course relaxing at the ocean!

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Julianne Cornett-Thompson moved to Brentwood in 1986. Julianne has been serving customers in the title industry since 1995. In her free time, you can find Julianne at the beach, in her garden, spending time with family, friends, and her two wonderful German Shepherds, or cheering on the Predators and Titans!
