Through specialized training and ongoing support, we will assist the family in overcoming barriers that prohibit both the child's development and the ongoing operation of a positive family system.

A Family Treatment Coordinator supports every foster family. The FTC partners with the family to develop support services such as in-home counseling, mentoring, tutoring, and respite and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, when assistance, support, direction, and advocacy are needed. All these services are paid for by Phoenix Homes of TN. Additionally, each Family Treatment Coordinator has a limited caseload of 8-10 families, to ensure each family receives the attention and support needed.
