•The PTF is the primary change agent and the focus of the treatment process

•Primary families are involved in the treatment process from the beginning and we arrange for supportive wrap around services when needed

•Quality matches incorporating appropriate decision making processes between PTF’s and referred youth should be the norm

•Staff and PTF’s persevere with our youth and primary families

•All direct contact staff are teachers, coaches, mentors, counselors to those we serve – youth/PTF’s/PF’s

•We recognize that the referral source is our customer and the youth and families we serve are our clients

•There will be limited placements of 1-2 youth per PTF home excluding sibling groups

•We have planned and measurable outcomes that are sharedOur services are time framed

•We accentuate the positive, reward it, and document it in our ISP’s, case notes and monthly reportsWe deal appropriately with the negatives

•Some youth require residential placement but most youth, especially those in low end residential placements, could be better and more successfully served in treatment foster care

•We are always available for our PTF’s and fellow staff

•Quality training for all is required
